Things to Note Before You Arrive

LOCATION
We are located at 4509 NW 23rd Avenue in Gainesville, Florida. Our Suite number is 8. We are located in Northwest Gainesville in Suburban Professional Center across the street from Watson Realty. We are located in the first building and at the end of the building. You will see our signs on the corner. 

PARKING
You will find free parking in the parking lot. Park anywhere!

ARRIVAL
Please plan to arrive at the spa 10 - 15 minutes before the start of your treatment to allow time for you to check in, fill out an intake and prepare for your treatment.

LATE ARRIVAL
Arriving late will affect your treatment. We will discuss with you the best way to utilize the remaining time, however your treatment will end on time so that other guests’ appointments are not affected, and the full value of your services will be charged.

PAYMENT
We require a Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit card to secure your booking. We also accept Venmo, Paypal and Cashapp. No deposit will be taken however, this card will be charged at the end of your service if you choose to do so! We do not accept cash or checks.

CANCELLATIONS
When you book, we are reserving that time, space, and provider for your selected treatment. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel individual appointments and 48 hours’ notice for appointments totaling 2 or more hours. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full value of services booked.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Our Spa is a sanctuary for relaxation and renewal. Please speak softly and limit conversations so that others may also enjoy this wellness space.

ELECTRONICS
In order to safeguard the privacy of all clients, electronic use of any kind in the treatment rooms is strictly prohibited. Please turn your phone off and enjoy this time to relax.

MINORS POLICY
We welcome guests 18 and older for massage and 14 and older for facials. Sauna guests under 18 must attend with a parent or adult. 

HEALTH CONCERNS
We are not a medical facility, and our providers are not licensed to treat or diagnosis any medical conditions. We also do not provide notes or codes for medical billing. Please consult your health care provider or insurance provider if you have specific concerns about your treatment.

PREGNANCY
We welcome pregnant guests in all trimesters and offer a full range of treatment options and positioning pillows. Please consult your health care provider for current personal recommendations and add the prenatal enhancement to all services so we may prepare for your visit. Out of an abundance of caution our Aromatherapy options are not available to guests who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

SPA MENU
Our service menu has unique offerings in Massage, Body Treatments and Facials. For the full spa experience you may customize most treatments by adding one or more of our complements. 

PROVIDERS
Our highly trained providers are dedicated to their fields and committed to making your spa experience exceptional. We only hire the best Florida State Licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians. If you want to book with a specific therapist, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

FACILITY
Our tranquil facility includes relaxing sounds and scents, as well as complimentary wellness water and snacks. Please let us know if you have any allergies or aversions to scent to anything specific.

MODESTY
Please undress to your comfort level for your service. You will be appropriately draped at all times during your treatment. During sauna sessions, please remain clothed in either workout attire or loose lounge wear. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates can be purchased online for any dollar amount and emailed to you or your recipient. Gift Cards can be purchased in person. Gift Cards and Certificates are non-refundable but can be used towards the cost of any service or retail products. They do not expire!
